1. Description of Service

ID Photo Pro provides a mobile-based tool that allows users to remove backgrounds from photos and convert them into specific ID photo formats (the "Service"). All image processing is performed locally on the user's device.

2. Fees and In-App Purchases

• Pay-per-Export: The App operates on a "pay-per-export" model. While photo editing and previewing may be free, a fee is charged each time you export a generated ID photo to your device's gallery or other destinations.
• Billing: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices are subject to change and are displayed at the point of purchase.
• No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the Service, all sales are generally final. If a technical error occurs during the export process after payment, please contact our support or the respective App Store for assistance.

3. User Responsibilities & Photo Compliance

• Accuracy of Source: You are responsible for the quality and clarity of the original photo you provide.
• Compliance Disclaimer: While the App provides templates based on standard ID requirements (e.g., Passport, Visa, ID Card), we do not guarantee that the generated photo will be accepted by any government agency or official authority. Acceptance of an ID photo is subject to the discretion of the receiving institution.
• Self-Verification: You must verify that the final image meets the specific, up-to-date requirements (size, background color, facial expression, etc.) of the authority you are submitting to before use.

4. License and Restrictions

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use. You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App for any illegal purposes or to create fraudulent identification documents.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass the App's payment mechanisms.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the App (excluding user-provided photos), including but not limited to the AI algorithms, UI design, and branding, are the exclusive property of ID Photo Pro.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ID Photo Pro shall not be liable for:

• Any rejection of photos by official authorities.
• Loss of data or damage to your device.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
