• Photo Processing: All image processing, including background removal and ID photo generation, is performed entirely on your device.
• No Cloud Uploads: Your original photos and the generated ID photos are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party cloud storage for processing. We do not have access to your facial data or gallery.

2. Face Data Processing

Our App uses on-device face detection technology to assist in creating ID photos.

• Data Minimization: We do not collect, store, or share biometric data.
• Local Processing: All processing occurs locally on your device. We do not upload your photos or face data to our servers.
• No Third-Party Sharing: No face data is disclosed to third parties.

3. Information We Collect

To provide our services, we may collect the following limited categories of data:

• Media Library & Camera Access: With your explicit permission, the App accesses your camera and photo library to allow you to select or take photos for conversion.
• Payment Information: Since the App charges a fee for exporting photos, all transactions are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store billing systems. We do not collect or store your credit card numbers or bank account details.
• Usage Data: We may collect anonymous diagnostic data (e.g., crash reports, app performance metrics) to improve app stability. This data does not identify you personally.

4. Use of Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

• To generate ID photos according to your selected specifications.
• To facilitate the export of the final image to your device’s storage.
• To process payments and maintain purchase history for restoring purchases.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraudulent transactions.

5. Data Storage and Retention

• Images: Since processing is local, we do not retain your photos. Once you close the App or delete the temporary cache, the image data is cleared from the App’s temporary workspace.
• Exported Files: The final ID photo is saved directly to your device's photo gallery, subject to your device's storage settings.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party SDKs for payment processing (e.g., Apple/Google). These third parties have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your billing data. We encourage you to review their respective policies.

7. Permissions

The App will request the following permissions:

• Camera: To take new photos.
• Storage/Photos: To read your gallery and save the generated ID photos.

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings, though this may limit your ability to use certain features.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our App does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App.
